Teea is a Lecturer in Marketing in the Business School. She brings expertise in service marketing and market making, and business model innovation. Her research looks at the devices and practices in creating, organising, and coordinating collective action in service relationships, networks, and markets. Her work spans a variety of service contexts, particularly tourism and business-to-business services.
