29 September 2016

The inaugural conference of the Centre for Service Excellence (CenSE) will take place at the Business School on 28 October 2016.

This conference will give you the opportunity to share in cutting-edge sessions on theory and practice in public and private sector service management. You will also have the change to learn more about the contribution that CenSE can make to the service sector in Scotland.

CenSE is a new cross-Business School research and engagement centre. It works with service firms and organisations in both the public and private sectors. Its mission is to place service and value co-creation at the heart of the teaching, research and engagement work of the School, and to have a sustained impact on policy and practice.

Attendance is free, but as places are strictly limited, advance registration is required.
