CenSE members have taken a value co-creation approach in this new piece for policy and practice in Civil Service World. Edwina Yida Zhu, Stephen P. Osborne, and Kirsty Strokosch draw on the findings of Work Package 1 in the Co-VAL project. They recommend a two-step approach to shift the conversation away from the simple reform of existing public services and towards one about creating value for service users and society.
This article offers valuable insight regarding how governments and public service organisations can effectively reach out to the public during the current Covid-19 crisis, and build capacity for public services delivery during the period of recovery and beyond.
