CenSE is delighted to welcome Dr Cucciniello to the University of Edinburgh Business School as Senior Lecturer in Service Management and a core member of CenSE.

Maria undertook her doctorate at Edinburgh before returning to Italy to work at the prestigious Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

Maria has a wealth of experience in research and teaching in the fields of service management and public service management as well as a strong record in research. She has been a core researcher within the European LIPSE FP7 programme on social innovation and the H2020 Co-VAL programme on value creation through public service delivery.

She has particular expertise in the transparency and accountability of public services and in the design of social experiments. Maria will take charge of CenSE’s undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in service management in the School as well as contributing to CenSE’s research, policy, and practice engagement work.
