CenSE director Stephen Osborne has secured funding to pilot a co-produced training programme with public service and third-sector managers.
The objectives of the programme are to further improve understanding of the processes and dynamics of health and social care integration in Scotland as necessitated by the recent legislative changes subsequent to the Christie Commission recommendations.
The programme also aims to enhance managers’ abilities to cope with the pressures of change within a challenging and constantly changing public policy envvironment.
This project builds upon existing research in the college to pilot an innovative new form of Executive Education in relation to health and social care integration.
