This colloquium on Service Management will be hosted by CenSE on 28 October 2016.

The doctoral colloquium will take place within CenSE’s inaugural conference, titled: “The future of the service sector”, which will comprise a series of academic and practitioner roundtables and a keynote lecture by Professor Christian Grönroos (Hanken School of Economics, Finland).

PhD students are invited to present either a paper or poster during the colloquium. In order to apply, you need to submit a 400 word abstract of your research. We accept either empirical and theoretical pieces of research covering a variety of relevant topics on service research including (but not limited to) service innovation, service marketing, public and non-for-profit services, service operations, value co-creation and service design.
